Then, once you know how far you need to go to get to your dream life, you can make a plan for how you’ll get from here to there.
So take a look at each of your values and think, “What is the next logical step or the easiest next step I can take to get this value represented in my life a little more?”.

Basically though, the reason is because change is hard, even good change, so you need to make each step as small as possible so you’ll be able to stick with it. If you try to make a big change, or too many changes at once, you’ll fail.
Let’s get to it then. Write down each of your values, and write the smallest step you can take right now to incorporate that value into your life more.
Then, of all those little steps, choose which one you’ll do first. That’s right, you’re not going to do all of them at once. Even though they’re tiny little puppy steps, if you try to do them all at once you’ll fail.
